We are the Tononi family in Toscolano Maderno. We operate on the Brescian shore of Lake Garda, Toscolano Maderno, Fasano, Gardone, Gargnano and Gaino, with a family hotel (over 50 years) and a residence with more than ten apartments under management. Through Maderna we handle short-term rentals for homes and apartments: calendar, listings, guests and clear agreements. Operating scope is confirmed in a dedicated proposal.

Read more →Yes. We start from the periods you want to reserve and agree them before opening the calendar to guests. Later changes follow the agreement and any confirmed bookings.
Read more →Today we work on bookings: in the site example you receive about 75% of revenue and Maderna keeps 25% for full management (calendar, channels, guests, local presence, coordinated cleaning and reporting). A fixed amount may be evaluated later. Percentage and details stay written in the mandate.
