A family from Toscolano Maderno. A craft we know from the inside.
Maderna is the Tononi family's short-term rental management project. We are not outsiders: we live on the lake, have worked in hospitality for generations, and today we support owners on the Brescian Riviera.
Over 50 years of hospitality
The family has run a hotel for more than half a century. It is not theory: it is daily practice of welcome, standards and continuity.
Residence and short-term rentals
Today we also run a residence with more than ten apartments under management. Maderna grows from that experience, for owners who want to entrust their home without losing control.
Our story
From the family craft to the care of your home.
We are the Tononis: Luca, the father, and Leonardo, the son. In Toscolano Maderno our family has worked in hospitality for generations. The family hotel has more than fifty years of history; alongside it, today there is also a residence with over ten apartments under management.
Maderna starts there: from the wish to offer local owners the same approach we use every day, presence on the ground, clear calendars, well-kept homes, guests welcomed without improvisation.
For you it means something simple: whoever talks to you about management, commission or a site visit already knows the weight of a handed-over key, a linen change between arrivals and a season that will not wait.
