Can I still use my home?
Yes. We agree your periods before opening to guests. The rest of the time is on us: we don’t ask you to follow messages or arrivals.
Do I have to handle anything myself?
Not the operations: listing, channels, guests, check-in, coordinated cleaning and issues are on us. You set personal periods and receive the report.
Is the commission always 25%?
On the site we use 25% as an example of full management: day-to-day work on the ground and yield optimization. Percentage and details are set in the mandate.
